Recipe for Kielbasa & Red Potatoes


Kielbasa & Red Potatoes


1 whole kielbasa sliced into "coins"
as many red potatoes as you think you'd like, quartered
1 large onion sliced

Put all that into a casserole dish

Combine 1 cup of white wine, 3/4 cup of honey mustard, 2 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar---mix together well. Pour over potatoes, onions & kielbasa

Bake @ 400 degrees for 55 minutes

I prepare the sauce to my own taste. If you like it sweeter, add more brown sugar or if you prefer it to be tart, add more mustard. It was delicious!
